A 15-year-old British-born Nigerian footballer, Kasisochukwu Nwulu, is drawing attention in England with her performances for Sittingbourne Ladies FC.
Nwulu, who hails from Umuode, Nsulu in Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area of Abia State, was born in the United Kingdom to Nigerian parents, Mr. Vincent and Mrs. Chito Nwulu.
She is also part of the Crystal Palace Girls Performance Squad, a development programme designed to nurture young female talents.
Her progress in the setup has placed her on track to join the Crystal Palace feeder team, a pathway that could lead to professional football.
Beyond her club career, Nwulu has expressed her ambition to represent Nigeria internationally.
Analysts said her exposure to England’s competitive football system and the Crystal Palace structure could make her a valuable prospect for Nigeria’s women’s national team, the Super Falcons.
