Nigerian professionals and other Africans in the United Kingdom will gather in London on Saturday, January 31, for a property-focused forum aimed at encouraging strategic asset ownership and long-term wealth creation.
The in-person question-and-answer session, tagged Property Wealth Creation, will hold in Bromley, London, between 12pm and 3.30pm, and is being organised by Property Wealth Corporation under its Property Wealth platform.
The event will be led by the company’s founder, Dr Daniel Moses, a UK-based property strategist and diaspora investment advocate with several years of experience in the British real estate market.
Organisers said the forum was designed to respond to growing concerns among Nigerians in the diaspora on how to safeguard their income, manage economic uncertainty and build sustainable wealth across borders amid rising living costs and currency pressures.
Speaking ahead of the event, Moses said earnings in stronger currencies such as the British pound offered the diaspora a unique advantage for long-term asset building if properly structured.
He stressed that international wealth creation should be approached with strategy and discipline, adding that assets built abroad could later be deployed into Africa in a sustainable and impactful way.
According to the organisers, discussions at the session will centre on practical steps for Nigerians in the UK to begin or expand property ownership with modest capital, understand current market realities and avoid common investment pitfalls.
Other areas expected to be covered include income-yielding property models, long-term portfolio development, cross-border investment planning and real-life examples from diaspora investors who have successfully entered the property market.
They noted that the forum would be strictly educational and interactive, allowing participants to ask questions and receive practical insights rather than serving as a sales-driven seminar.
