A foreign national has stirred online conversations after expressing his admiration for Nigeria, declaring it “better than Europe” in a video currently circulating on social media.
The video, posted by user @dammiedammie35 on X (formerly Twitter) and sighted by Diaspora NG, showed the man praising Nigeria’s environment, hospitality, and investment potential
In the video, he said: “Okay, you see guys, all the European television, worldwide television, they say Nigeria is dangerous… things like that, you cannot visit Nigeria, don’t give money there, it’s too dangerous.”
“You see, I can walk here, I can do what I want, I’m very free, I’m more free than in Europe. Here is the life what you have to do, you can also invest here in this life,” he added.
The visitor went on to praise the atmosphere and culture, noting the positive qualities of everyday life in Nigeria.
“It’s very free, it’s beautiful, the people, they are happy, they are very quiet. Also the food, everything is better than in Europe. Forget what the people say in the European television, all is life,” he said.
He concluded by urging foreigners to see Nigeria for themselves and take advantage of opportunities in the country.
“I’m telling you guys, all is life. Here we have a free place for young people, for old people, you can invest in land, in houses, in everything, everything what you like. It’s a beautiful place to live. Thank you, see you later,” he said.
